Do you ever feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside? Maybe your mind won’t slow down at night, relationships feel harder than you might want, or you’re constantly questioning whether you’re “too much” or “not enough.” You might be navigating burnout, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or the exhaustion of trying to meet everyone else’s needs while your own get pushed aside. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry this by yourself.

I’m passionate about helping people feel more grounded, embodied, and connected to themselves and the people they love. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools that actually fit your life—not someone else’s expectations. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you deserve a space where your experiences are honored, your nervous system feels safe, and growth happens at a pace that feels right for you.

I’m a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, supporting concerns such as anxiety, relationship distress, life transitions, sexual concerns and emotional regulation. My work is grounded in relational and systemic approaches, and I integrate evidence-based modalities such as experiential therapy, somatic therapy, parts work and trauma-informed care. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations. My philosophy centers on collaboration, cultural humility, and helping clients feel seen, empowered, and emotionally safe. I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in relationships, and that meaningful change is possible when people feel deeply understood- in community.

Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, reflection, and the small moments that bring joy and balance. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being creative, and finding ways to recharge that support my own well-being. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of showing up as a whole, human person, both in life and in my work with clients.

Outside of work, I value meaningful connection, rest, and play— all things that help me stay grounded. These moments help me show up fully—for myself and for the clients I work with. I love traveling, going to the beach, yoga and lazy days with my pup.
