If you sense that your healing and growth ultimately come from within, but you’re unsure how to move forward on your own and believe therapy could help, I invite you to work with me. I appreciate your openness to seeking professional support, and it would be my honor to explore your inner and outer landscape together and help you create the change you want.
Most of us struggle with knowing what’s right for us, making decisions, and taking action—especially during times of stress or when the stakes are high. I know from experience how therapy can provide clarity and strength, helping you feel grounded, capable, and at ease. I help clients find strategies and tools that lead to inner peace and a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NSU and am a Registered Mental Health Intern. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and existential therapy, along with LGBTQ+ affirming care. I am also an IAYT-certified yoga therapist and have spent over 20 years working as a yoga teacher, trainer, and author. When appropriate, I integrate yogic approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into therapy.
Outside of work, I enjoy Florida’s nature parks and beaches, teaching yoga in Miami and online, cooking, reading, the gym, and good TV. I grew up in Germany, have lived in the U.S. for most of my life, and value time with my loved ones.
