Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to navigate a challenging season in your life? You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional transitions, or difficulty finding balance in your relationships, work, or daily life.

I view therapy as a collaborative and supportive process where we work together to better understand your experiences and identify meaningful paths forward. I help clients explore the connections among thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical coping strategies that support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-focused interventions. I take a holistic perspective, recognizing how personal history, relationships, environment, and social factors can influence mental health and overall functioning.

I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Hebrew and strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward positive, lasting change.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and working on creative glass art and craft projects, which help me unwind, stay present, and express myself outside my clinical work.
