My mission is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel comfortable and truly valued. As a therapist, I’m here to understand your unique experiences and to guide you through challenging times with compassion and empathy.

I have experience working with people of all ages—children, families, and individuals—and I particularly enjoy helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, neurodivergent issues, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and relationship problems.

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, respect, and honesty—values I take very seriously. My approach is strengths-based, recognizing that every client is capable and deserving of personal growth and healing.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education and Human Development from the University of Miami, and later completed my Master’s in Social Work at Florida International University. I’m currently a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in Florida, working towards full licensure.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me at the pool or beach with my husband and dog, soaking up the South Florida lifestyle. I’m excited to be part of your journey!
