Do you find that past experiences continue to haunt your narrative? Are you questioning your values, purpose, or direction in life? Do you feel stuck in patterns that you understand logically but can’t seem to change? Do you feel pressure to “figure it out” on your own? Feel disconnected from yourself? Your needs? Your voice?

If you’ve been feeling stuck, uncertain, or isolated lately, you’re not alone. Sometimes the story we’re living doesn’t feel fully our own, so I strive to create a safe and comfortable space to look at each page of your story with curiosity and compassion while also building the skills you need to move forward with greater confidence. I am passionate about supporting you as you reconnect with your values, strengthen your sense of self, and shift from feeling stuck to living more intentionally. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially in a society that discourages vulnerability and glorifies quiet suffering, but you deserve more than that. You deserve connection, acceptance, and support. Reaching out is not a sign of weakness, but the first step towards clarity, growth, and meaningful change. I am here to walk alongside you in the pursuit of a more fulfilling and balanced life.

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. I have supported clients ranging from teens to older adults in navigating identity struggles, life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing from narrative and existential perspectives to deepen insight and meaning-making, while incorporating CBT and DBT techniques to support behavioral change and skill development. I deeply value collaboration, transparency, and connection, and therefore strive to create a space that feels genuine, warm, and safe—a space where you can let go and just be.

A little about me: I was born and raised in Cuba. In my free time I enjoy reading and playing story-based games, running around the patio with my bunnies, spending time with my loved ones, and taking long recharging naps.

I look forward to hearing your story and disentangling it together.
