I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Seasons FL and a graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s master’s program in Counseling. After working in the tech industry for nearly ten years, I made a career change to pursue work that felt more personally meaningful and aligned with my desire to support others through empathy, encouragement, and positive change.
My goal in our sessions is to help you feel like your most authentic self. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and comfortable sharing openly, knowing they can show up exactly as they are. I work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and identifying constructive, growth-oriented paths forward that feel genuine and true to each individual.
My therapeutic style is grounded in the importance of the relationship between client and therapist. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy while also incorporating approaches rooted in the broader human experience. I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, navigating life transitions, managing relationships, or engaging in journeys of self-discovery.
Beginning therapy takes courage. Looking inward and considering change can feel difficult, but taking that first step is often the most important part of meaningful growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I was born and raised in the Midwest and spent over a decade living in Chicago. While I still miss the food and museums, I am grateful to be back in Florida enjoying the sunshine. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to and playing music, gaming with friends, and unwinding with a good book, movie, or TV show.
