I know life can sometimes feel overwhelming—whether it’s managing anxiety, balancing work and family, or simply feeling stuck. If you’re going through these challenges, know that you’re not alone. It takes real strength to reach out for help, and I’m here to support you, no matter what you’re going through.

My passion is helping people feel better, grow, and begin to see life from a more positive perspective. Reaching out may feel like a big step, but you deserve to feel supported and at ease. Working with me means taking the first step toward putting yourself first—because you’re worth it.

I’m a Registered Mental Health Intern and recently completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as OCD, anxiety, autism, and bipolar disorder. I pull from a range of modalities, including CBT, talk therapy, and holistic methods—always tailoring my work to what feels best for you. My goal is to create a flexible, personalized space where you feel heard and comfortable.

A little about me: I’m fluent in both English and Arabic, and while I grew up in the U.S., I come from a Middle Eastern background. I’ve lived in two states and even another country! Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating art, spending time with family and friends, and taking spontaneous car rides while jamming out to music. Oh, and expect some laughs in our sessions too!

Hope to see you soon!
